From the factory, our bumpers and grille guards are finished with a durable gloss black powder coat or a matte black finish. We do not powder coat custom colors.
The Ranch Hand Sport Series is engineered to accommodate a winch and is available in both the grille guard style and the bullnose style. The Sport Series offers a 2” receiver for use with a removable winch cradle. The 15K winch option comes standard with a ¼" formed channel bumper and holds up to a 16,500 lb Warn winch.
Ranch Hand grille guards and bumper replacements are engineered and manufactured to fit specific vehicle makes and models. For instance, the grille guard we design for Ford will only fit on a Ford, and the bumper replacement we build for Ram will only fit on a Ram. Even further, Ranch Hand grille guards and bumpers are fabricated differently depending on the model and year range of the vehicle. We update our product design when the truck manufacturers roll out new body styles. We do this so that the grille guard or bumper replacement you purchase is contoured to your exact vehicle.
Most of our rear bumpers have a 10” drop. Some of the older models have an 8” drop.
With most of our Legend Rear Bumpers, you will retain your factory receiver, with the exception of Ram trucks. You will keep your receiver with all of our Sport and Horizon Series bumpers.
Sensors are becoming more and more common on newer model vehicles. Ranch Hand is working to stay on top of the changes and build bumpers that accommodate sensors. Most of our newer year model products will accommodate factory sensors. When not in use, the holes for sensors can be plugged. See our online catalog for specific information about your vehicle. Our products will work with a suspension lift, but NOT with a body lift.
With most of our products, you will be able to keep your tow hooks and fog lights. There are a few exceptions with older year model products. See our online catalog for specific information about your vehicle. Reference TH = tow hooks and FL = fog lights.
The superior construction and materials in our products provide significant strength and safety to our customers. On average, our upright material is 25% thicker, our bumper pipe is 90% thicker, and our floor plate is 40% thicker than our competition. Our products are 100% American made and Texan strong.

Ranch Hand will honor any merchandise returned in original condition which has not been worn, installed or used. The product must be returned within 21 days or less from date of invoice. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless an error occurred on our part in the shipment of your order. All returns must be initiated through Ranch Hand's customer service department so that a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number can be issued.

Customer Service can be reached at 800.366.9712 and must be contacted before sending a product back. Department hours are 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (CST). When packaging your parts for shipping, write the RGA number on the outside of the packaging in large, easily visible letters, and include a copy of the original invoice in the package. Returned goods shipped freight collect to Ranch Hand will be refused.

Parts Via is an online ordering system managed by Keystone. Consumers visiting Ranch Hand website can easily “Buy Now” and choose to ship their order to their home/preferred address (shipping fees will apply) OR choose to ship to a local dealer where they will receive free shipping to the dealer they select for pick-up.

Upon completion of your order, a notification will be sent to the email address provided during the checkout process. This email contains your order reference number that can be used to confirm status of your order.
To learn the status of your order, please call 1.833.727.8784 and provide the order reference number included in the order confirmation email to the phone agent.
We are committed 100% to bringing you authentic, quality products and hassles-free shopping experience. But if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any parts to us within 60 days from your date of order, provided that the product(s) is in its original packaging and condition. In the off-event that your order is damaged in shipping from us, please email us at customerservice@partsvia.com.

Exceptions or returns
Parts damaged due to improper installation or abuse, are not returnable, and we are not responsible for any labor expenses, towing, rental car, or other expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation. All return orders can be charged a 10% Restocking Fee based on the condition the product is returned in.

Vehicle Warranty: When ordering parts and accessories for vehicles still under the manufacturer's warranty, it is the vehicle owner’s responsibility to ensure that the warranty will not be adversely affected by the installation of these parts. If in doubt, please contact your local servicing dealership or the vehicle manufacturer before ordering. We cannot accept return requests for parts due to vehicle warranty issues.

Warranty Parts: Please refer to the warranty documentation shipped with the product’s packaging. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any parts that show evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions, subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer
- Ship to Store orders: If shipped to store, dealer will facilitate the return. Dealers will simply submit an RMA request through their eKeystone Account Center for Ship to Store orders, under the “Parts Via Orders” section.

- Ship to Home orders: Consumer will email or call the established Ranch Hand Parts Via email/phone number and request an MRA. Parts Via customer service reps will provide the respective MRA number and additional return instructions.
